The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the large cabin itself was tidy and impressive. Its location in Rotorua was great, next to a quiet area close to the lake, airport and shopping centre. Also, River Rats was 2 km away.

I asked for standard room with bathroom and fridge, for example and they kindly provided it. Location: the hotel was near to the grounds, the stream and the town centre. Most of the staffs were very-very nice.

It had a bit hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for the two of us. We loved having a separate bedroom and bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location was also great, with easy access to key attractions and activities in the area.

We had some issues with noisy neighbors during our stay. They even parked their car in front of our unit, forcing us to find parking elsewhere.
